In the past December, 2016, our monthly production broke the record reaching 1690 tons; resin sand casting workshop produced 486 tons, which has created a new growth rate, where industrial robotics parts accounted for the major production.
CJFI provides iron casting parts for all world’s leading industrial robotics OEMs for a long time such as ABB, KUKA, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, and etc. We have comprehensive manufacturing capabilities and rich experience in casting and machining, and provides one-stop shop solutions. CJFI is also doing well in other industrial fields, including automobile industry, solar energy, hydraulics, heavy industry, provides parts and services for Alfa-Laval, Johnson Controls Hitachi, Kinematics Mfg, Wanxiang Group, and etc.
In 2016, CJFI continuous to make efforts and has won orders from NGC, GE, and KSB, which has laid a great foundation in the further development of industrial gears and pumps.
Looking into 2017, we will keep the steady attitude and provide high-quality parts and better services for our customers. These include new material research and development for weight reduction, on-time delivery, superior quality, HWS casting line project development, ADI technology, and etc.
