On December 7, 2019, in the early morning, the sun was shining, and there was a joyous atmosphere in the winter. At this time, the salute sounded through the clouds, and with the colorful flags and flowers, our guests entered the factory of Changjian huaxin Robot parts Nantong Co., Ltd. Our guests include customers who have cooperated with Changjian for many years, suppliers who have grown together with Changjian, as well as leaders from the Foundry Industry Association and Nantong Park Management Committee. We all gathered here to witness the great moment of ChangJian huaxing’s opening ceremony.
The guests first came to the signing place and left red plum blossoms on the signed plum tree-the guests' red fingerprints. Afterwards, everyone took pictures in front of the background wall of "Crafting the Ingenuity and Creating the Future Together".
With the flourishing "Plum Blossoms" blooming one by one on the tree, the original plum blossoms gradually showed infinite vitality and vitality.
The “Plum Blossom” is not only from our guests, but also from the Changjian huaxin’s staff , who accompanied the company from the begin up now. They witnessed that Changjian huaxin started from a uncultivated land to ground breaking, from plant completion to facilities installation and commissioning, from the first furnace hot metal release to sample approving. Their dedication and perseverance made Changjian huaxin experienced more than 540 day and night. At this moment, they harvested this sweet fruits . They left not only their fingerprints on the plum tree, but also their inner joy and pride!
After completing the sign-in ceremony, six managers led the guests to visit the factory in batches according to the production process.
The new plant is located in Nantong Sutong Technology Industrial Park, with a registered capital of RMB 330 million, an area of 63,804 m2, and an annual production capacity of more than 50,000 tons. The products currently produced are industrial robot bases, frames, arms, light and heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicle axle castings.We will expand our business to more industrial fields in the future.
In order to reduce costs and improve product quality, provide better service to our customers and also create a better working environment for employees.we ambitiously introduced many new technologies, new processes and new equipment in the design and planning of the new plant.
The first workstation is the smelting process. The electric furnace adopts the most advanced American electric furnace in the industry, 4 units, each 6 tons, and can produce 12 tons of molten iron per hour. From the electric furnace to the pouring process, the molten iron is transferred three times, during which slag removing, nodularization, and feeding will be automatic operated. In this process, all data is collected, analyzed, exchanged, stored, and coordinated with other processes.
Later we come to the molding process, the molding machine applies the first large-size fully-automatic static pressure molding line specially designed for robot parts in China , to replace the manual molding process of resin sand. The size of the sand box is 2000mm long and 1100mm wide, covering the size of mainstream robot castings on the market.
The molding machine adopts double stations, which can realize seamlessly mold change, suitable for multiple varieties and small batches, and meet customers' packaging purchase requirements.
The main advantages of this molding line are below:
1.It can be molded 24 hours a day, which can meet the mass demand in a short time.
2.The casting cost is lower than that of resin sand. It can solve the delivery problem caused by the environmental protection problem of resin sand.
3.The sand injection of molding machine has nearly one hundred contacts, which can carry out pre- compact, and distribute the pressure of core sand intelligently according to the mold shape, so as to make the sand mold uniform.
In the pouring process, automatic pouring is realized. The pouring machine data and molding machine data are exchanged synchronously in real time, and the weight of each box, molten iron weight and pouring temperature can be recorded and tracked.
In the core setting process, the factory adopted the first domestic four-axis linkage truss core set robot, instead of the traditional manual core set. Repeatable positioning accuracy is high, the load is more than 1000 kg, and offline programming is supported.
The sand processing system uses the first domestically produced large-tonnage dual-shaft sand mixer with a capacity of 130 tons per hour. Sand treatment can realize automatic watering, temperature adjustment, etc., with intelligent detection and control of intelligent process parameters, and data integration with other casting processes.
The core making unit adopts a fully automatic cold core process to automatically complete a series of actions such as raw sand input, resin ration, sand mixing, sand core forming and ejection.
Sand core baking adopts a new energy-saving hot-air drying furnace production line, which is heated by natural gas, and can be separated from flue gas and moisture by heat radiation tube and heat radiation. Core drying and transportation is also automatic.
Let's look at the three-dimensional warehouse. The new factory uses intelligent three-dimensional warehouses in sand cores, semi-finished products, and finished products to realize the automation, informationization, and intelligence . Meanwhile they are maximizing the utilization of workshop space.
The emission of the dust removal system of the new plant is designed and manufactured in accordance with 10mg / m3, which exceeds the current industry standard of 20 ~ 30mg / m3 to minimize the impact on the environment.
In the pouring process and core making process, all the pouring flue gas is collected in the relevant equipment for processing and discharged after reaching the standard.
During the visit of the guests, we interviewed the guests' impressions of the new factory. The guests expressed their deep impression on the automation level and environmental protection of the new factory, and wished Chang Jianhua's new future to become better and better.
