When CJFI replaced the old electric furnace of the resin sand casting workshop with the Inductotherm medium-frequency furnace in Dec 2015, it was equipped with the dust removal system. After six months of trial, this system has obtained desired results. And we decided to upgrade the furnace of the horizontal sand casting workshop by adding the dust removal system.

In late July 2016, CJFI started infrastructure work. And we only spent 7 days in completing the entire foundation measurement, excavation, pipeline laying, and the installation of steel composite structure.
After following equipment being placed in the workshop, CJFI installed the equipment in order. After a month of actual production and on-site inspection of dust emissions, the maximum amount of the dust in the air is 20 mg/Nm3 according to VDI2066 OF German Institute of Engineers and the maximum noise level of 1 m is 85Db(A) according to Article 45635 of German Standards Association. CJFI abide by relevant national laws and regulations.
