CJFI’s new coating line has been put into use in Nov, 2016. It is provided by LIHSHENG coating equipment (Nanjing) Co., LTD, which is also adopted by a number of robot OEMs. CJFI continues to keep pace with customers in term of equipment investment.
The coating line is mainly composed of pre-treatment, dry painting, curing oven, and cooling systems. The whole process is also equipped with purification air supply and suspension conveying systems. The pre-treatment system is used to preheat the workpiece before spray painting by the use of gas heating within the temperature of 80 to 120 degrees. It is of high safety and easy operation. The dry painting system has the characteristics of simple operation and high paint purification rate. The curing oven system uses gas heating and hot air circulation within the temperature of 80 to 120 degrees and drying time of 1 hour, which has the features of energy saving and easy to operate. The cooling system removes the heat of the surface in order to cool the workpiece. After that, the workpiece can be moved to the load carrier from the hook for final treatment. There is no waiting time in the whole process. Overall, the new coating line is not only saving energy, more environmental, safer, and much more efficient, but also greatly enhance the quality of the painted workpiece surface.
