According to the national energy conservation policies and the requirements to improve the environment, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology develops guidance and permission policies to eliminate a number of foundry companies of backward production capacity, high energy consumption, and environmental impact. It requires the foundry enterprises have a certain production capacity, continuously improve the production and environmental protection equipment, improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, reduce the environmental impact, abide by the laws and regulations. Besides, the enterprises need to improve staff working environment following the occupation health and safety regulations.
CJFI is in accordance with the above requirements step by step. We imported advanced TOKYU horizontal casting line in 2012. In the end of 2013, we finished the automation upgraded of furan resin sand casting line. The old Baoding Well vertical casting line has been removed in 2015. Besides, we purchased and started to use the industry's most advanced Inductrotherm electric stove. In the near future, CJFI planned to purchase HWS casting line to continuously optimize the production efficiency and reduce the energy consumption; in the meanwhile, the company has acquired dust-removing, safety and other auxiliary equipment to create and improve a better on-site environment.
CJFI is highly devoted to the research and development of new materials and new technology, trying to control the costs, reduce energy consumption, achieve win-win situation and sustainable development.
