Never late to learn
As we known, one fifths knowledge comes from the school and four fifths comes from society and their work. If we stop learning, the knowledge will loss by 5% annually, that is to say, we will be an illiterate person after years and obsolete against the modern society. This is the same feeling for Mr. Gong experience, He is the vice general manager of CJFI, when he made a speech on a foundry association meeting in May 2016, his speak materials were mainly come from his work and constantly summary, and was widely different from knowledge in university. The participants were totally agreed on the views in his talking . I think it is a great honor for him, at this moment, I decide to be this kind man.
On 4th and 5th of August, I was
privileged to attend the foundry knowledge communication activities organized by
CJFI, and had opportunity to hear the Sir. Gong’s speech. He was humorous and
explained abstract concept step by step. If we were not understood, we asked
the questions freely, and Sir. Gong stopped to answer them. We communicated and
talked in a friendly and warm environment.
For the development of foundry,
CJFI had hold successfully two meetings like this. This is a good explain for
her enterprise mission---we are devoted to the foundry, I think. And I also
have another view in my mind about KFC and Mcdonald’s. When someone ask why they
train the Chinese style pastry chefs, and they answer, it is meaningful and
interest that we sell fried bread stick and soybean milk together with hamburger
and chicken wing.That is to say, we should grow together, and all win.
